NAGA (Nueva Andalucia Golfers Association) has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to adapt its activity to the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the provisions of the RD 1720/2007, of December 21, by which the Regulation of development of the Organic Law of Protection of Data is approved.
Your data will be treated at all times in accordance with the regulations on data protection, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the information, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, all in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law on Data Protection. The different sections in which personal data are collected and processed are described below, and the provisions on data protection adopted by Nueva Andalucia Golfers Association are indicated.
Registered users
The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with the account he uses in order to access the services we provide as a Registered User. Therefore, the User acknowledges and accepts to be the only responsible with respect to all the activities carried out in relation to his account. If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their password or account, they must notify the captain of Nueva Andalucia Golfers Association immediately.
